Shipping/Pickup Policy
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time we only ship domestically in the United States. Please contact via email if you are an international customer and would like to purchase from our website.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping cost is $5 for the US. All order over $100 will receive free shipping.
Q: When will I receive my items?
A: You will receive your items 3-7 days after they are shipped.
Q: When do you usually ship orders out?
A: Orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days of the order being received. If for some reason your order gets delayed you will be contacted immediately.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Q: Can I pick my order up at your retail store?
A: Yes, If you wish to pick your order up in our local store contact us immediately after submitting your purchase. Due to limitations with our web cart shipping options, local pickup can not be selected. Once you pickup your order in person you will be refunded the $5.00 shipping fee.
